Supply Chain / Program Support
Program support from brief to shipment.
From the first specification to post-launch support, we coordinate engineering, certification and production through EVT, DVT and PVT.
One program team, with clear responsibility at every stage.
Each program is led by a project manager, working with our sales team and an experienced engineer responsible for each discipline involved: acoustic, mechanical, electronics, software, DSP, compliance and packaging. Your team has one place to raise questions and one plan to follow.
Brands keep the brief and the market decisions. Jazz Hipster can support a single layer, adapt an existing platform or coordinate the full path to launch.
What We Do
What the program team covers.
Program support connects engineering, compliance, packaging and production into a single plan that your team can follow week by week.
-

Program management
Requirements captured in a PRD and system specification, then tracked through schedule, cost and risk reviews with your team. The project manager signs off the transfer to mass production.
-

Certification and compliance
Applicable standards analysed by target region before quoting, test programs coordinated with certification labs, and EMC pre-scans and countermeasures handled by our engineers before formal testing.
-

Packaging engineering
Colour boxes, inner trays and labels designed with the product, trial packaging prepared at DVT, and sign-off samples made from mass-production materials.
-

Parts and supply planning
Architecture choices reviewed for sole-source parts and module reuse across a product family, with driver, cabinet and PCBA requirements coordinated in one manufacturing plan.
How We Work
Decision gates that keep every team aligned.
-
Feasibility and spec lock
Deliverables and responsibilities agreed; specification, materials and platform confirmed. -
EVT
Engineering samples confirm the architecture, acoustics and core functions. -
DVT
Design-complete samples go through reliability, compliance and certification testing. -
PVT and mass production
Production-line builds confirm process and test before the transfer to mass production.

Support continues after the first shipment.
The team that built the first production run stays with the product: batch records, quality and regulatory support, software updates and planning for the next generation.
- TraceabilityBatch records and shop-floor part scanning.
- QA and RAQuality and regulatory support for each market.
- SoftwareFirmware, streaming-service and OTA updates.
- Next productsFollow-on models planned with the same team.
Four ways to work with Jazz Hipster.
The engagement model sets who owns each decision, and it is agreed before the program starts.
- Collaborative developmentYour engineers and ours work as one program team, with joint specification reviews.
- Platform customisationAn existing Jazz Hipster platform adapted with your tuning, design, features and software.
- New platform programA new platform when the category or acoustic target needs more than adaptation.
- Full-program ODMDesign, certification planning, tooling, production and launch support in one accountable model.
